Family photoshoot 😍

I started this business because I wanted to create something for my kids. I wanted them to feel empowered to explore, and comfortable in a whole slew of situations. Seeing them trying new products for the first time — and then begging to not change clothes — simply never gets old.

Now, I keep building this business not just for my own kids, but for a community of kids, across states and countries, that I hope it can support and embolden ❤️

As I look ahead to the final days of 2024, I’m overwhelmed by how far this business and this community have come. This was a big year of change for my family — a new baby, settling back into life in San Francisco — and also a big year of development for First Peak. You’ve also had a big year! Together, we’ve grown this community of adventure-lovers, snack-packers, and fresh-air-seekers.

And for all that, I’m so grateful. I’m grateful for the opportunity to build this business, and to do it alongside such a wonderful collection of people. Cheers to a wonderful year, and all that awaits in 2025 🥂
