1. Is my subscription plan automatically renewed?
Pngtree 3 Months/6 Months/Annual Premium plans are renewed automatically by default,Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option (at the same price). You can cancel the automatic renewal of your plan from your user’s profile at any time.
2. Do I have to pay extra fees when I subscribe Premium plan?
No, you don’t. The price of each package is the fixed price so you do not have to pay extra fees. Pngtree uses the trusted third party to charge your money. The third party also follows the privacy policy and it will not save any your personal information.
3. Why do I need to fill the personal information by using credit card payment?
We also hate paperwork, but this information will provide to the bank and ensure you are the real credit card holder. Don’t worry, Pngtree never saves your bank information. You can check our terms of service.
4. How can I change my subscription plan?
Pngtree could not refund any price gaps between any premium plans. If you want to change plan, you need to pay for your favorite plan again. Every Premium plan is unique and can not change, we understand some people want to use less money to get valuable plan for Premium, our technical service cannot support this method.
5. How long will my account upgrade to Premium?
Pngtree has 3 payment methods which are the credit card, Paypal, and local payment. Your account will be upgraded immediately when you paid by credit card or Paypal. With respect to the local payment, the situation is the same as the above methods but exclude using Boleto. Boleto is a special payment method so you have to wait for 2-3 business days. Your account will automatically upgrade once we received the payment.
6. Do you store my credit card information?
No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Oceanpayment, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Oceanpayment’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Oceanpayment has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Oceanpayment’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn’t share any credentials with Oceanpayment’s primary services (API, website, etc.) In other words, your credit card details are safe!
