Hosted by an amazing musician and human, , a Terrapin Crossroads alumni, this past week starred guitarist Matt Hartle, local bass sorceress Angeline Saris and featured Scott Guberman on keys.

This short clip of the jam during “Eyes of the World” really captures the groovy, fun vibe of the show: a full but not cramped house, players all just partying along.

Returned to in beautiful last Sunday for a special afternoon, a crackerjack crew of musicians and their NOLA infused take on the Dead’s songbook: Grateful Voodoo

Led by Jim Talley and , the band includes (lately of ), local Dead-scenester and multi-instrumentalist Jeff Hobbs

Here Jonny breaks out his unique cigar box guitar for the “Loser” solo, before handing the lead off to Jim for the crescendo.

Just got to thinking about how much this man gave to us over 60 years of playing, and how dearly he is missed.

After a big run with the expanded Wolf Bros. and the full Wolf Pack, Bobby did two more shows at the tiny , also in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
