It’s been awhile so I thought it was a perfect time to reintroduce myself!

Hi, I’m Megan—the founder of Little BaeBae

✨Also own a dog boarding business + online adult apparel brand that I launched as a side business this year

I can’t believe this year marks 8 years since I launched Little BaeBae! What a journey it’s been—full of highs, lows, lessons, and growth. In those first 5 years, I definitely got swept up in hustle culture and scaling. I let my business consume me, developed some unhealthy habits, and burned out harder than ever before.

Every entrepreneur’s path looks different, and not everyone will make the mistakes I did. But for mompreneurs, I think it’s especially common—we already have less time and tend to put ourselves last. When I started, I knew nothing and had to teach myself everything through trial and error. Looking back now, I realize all the lessons and knowledge I’ve gained were worth it.

Even though it felt like failure at the time, I’m grateful for those challenges. I learned to release the pressure I was putting on myself and stopped obsessing over daily sales. Orders still came in, but I felt lighter, healthier, and more present.

Over the past two years, I’ve focused on building better habits, prioritizing rest, and finding balance. I’ve shed almost all my baby weight (only took 6 years😄), homeschooled my kids full-time, and traveled together as a family—Nicaragua, Italy, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and so many little California getaways like Tahoe, Yosemite, and Capitola.

Now, I finally feel ready to grow Little BaeBae again—but this time in a healthier, non-workaholic way 😂. We have so many exciting new products and mama-owned brands launching soon at littlebaebaestore.com—so check us out if you need innovative baby products designed to make mom life easier.
