Calling all designers & clothing brands!
I have an existing small retail chain & looking for 2/3 brands to partner with & share spaces in the next year. I currently have two stores in the Bay Area & would like to start by collaborating on one location. Both stores are located in prime retail locations with a great following of loyal customers.
Who’s ready for bigger opportunities?
Retail vs E-commerce? Which is more profitable?
Logic: Over 15 years of being in this industry & working with billion-dollar brands to start-ups, I’ve found that e-commerce has become a more expensive acquisition cost per garment/product vs. leasing a retail space.
For example: On average, e-commerce brands spend 30% on acquisition cost of one item.
While the acquisition cost in a retail space can be only a few dollars per item. For example: If you have a $3,000 retail lease & stock hundreds of items, you are only spending a few dollars per garment, which you completely control. Also you would only need to sell $100’s worth of products a day to clear cost.
$100 × 30 days = $3000
So my conclusion: I’m ready to expand, I’m ready to expand & would love to create a co-working retail space! Anyone interested have questions email or DM :)
