✈️ Traveling with a toddler doesn't always require an iPad.

Sometimes the simplest things are the biggest hits! These parents packed a roll of blue duct tape and turned an ordinary airplane seat into a fun, screen-free activity that kept their little one busy and engaged. 👶💙

Parenting wins don't have to be expensive or complicated. A little creativity can go a long way when you're traveling with kids.

Would you try this travel hack on your next flight? 👇

Pediatrician confession:
I cut a bulb syringe in half once. I wish I hadn't. 😬💙

Water gets trapped inside the bulb where you can't see or clean it — and that's where mold grows.

Add weak suction and zero visibility, and it's no wonder it "never works." It's not you. It was never you. It's the tool.

You deserve one that works the first time and washes completely.

That's why I made mine. Comment "BREATHE" for the link. ✨ — Dr. Rose ♥️

🚨 A popular infant formula has been recalled nationwide, and parents need to be aware.

If your baby uses formula, take a moment to check the product name, lot number, and expiration date against the recall information. While recalls can feel alarming, staying informed helps you make the best decisions for your little one.

Always contact your pediatrician if you have concerns about your baby's feeding or if you think you may have a recalled product at home.

Have you checked your formula yet? Let me know in the comments. 👇

🫧🍽️ Little hands love helping! When toddlers are included in everyday tasks like washing dishes, they're not just having fun—they're building confidence, independence, and important life skills.

It may take a little longer, but these small moments create big learning opportunities. ❤️

Toddlers refusing to brush can turn mornings into a struggle.

Instead of forcing or repeating yourself, try this trick—it helps them feel more in control while still getting the job done.

Often, it’s not the brushing they resist, but how it’s introduced.

Change the experience, and cooperation usually follows.

🪥 Save this for later if brushing time is a daily challenge.

Summer heat sneaks up fast — and babies can't tell us when they're overheating. 🌞

Watch for flushed skin, fast breathing, fewer wet diapers, or unusual fussiness. If you see these signs, move baby to a cool spot, offer a feed, and apply a cool cloth to the neck and chest.

Fever over 100.4°F or baby seems lethargic? Call your pediatrician right away.

A little awareness goes a long way — save this and share with the parents in your circle. 💕
