if you’re running, come enjoy some of the last few flat miles you’ll be seeing for a while. if you’re not running, come enjoy a few flat miles while repeating ‘i’m sure the elevation isn’t that bad’ to whoever’s next to you.

either way it’ll be a good time.

the mayor of sf running, will be there with some new balance shoes to demo and might treat all of us to coffee.

we’ll mix up the usual sunday run w ~5 miles through the castro. post run Lindsey will read an essay from her book, Running, and provide a few prompts for us to explore through writing.
