👀 Yes, you really need to take your contacts out every night.

Sleeping in your contacts means your corneas get less oxygen—and it significantly increases your risk of irritation, inflammation, and serious eye infections. 🦠

Even if you’ve slept in them before and “nothing happened,” that doesn’t mean your eyes are okay with it. Sometimes you get away with it…until you don’t. 😬

Your eyes need a break. Take them out. Every. Night.
Your optometrist will thank you. 😉
