Sandsprings, OK and Vancouver, WA. or we will ship anywhere in the continental US for a flat rate of $3 per item with a $6.00 max or free shipping on all orders over $100 as long as it's going to the same address. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please email or PM us. You will then send it back to us with tags still attached and in re-sellable condition (no smoke smell, animal smells or hair) within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we suggest that you send it tracked and insured. Once we receive your return, you have 30 days to pick out something new in exchange. Our inventory changes frequently, so we know you will find something new you love in 30 days! We do not offer exchanges for items purchased from other consultants or websites typically.
