JeanLouise Custom hand sewn and embroidered items made by me for you! I am a SAHM who loves to craft and create new things. I sew and embroider most items I make.

I enjoy doing craft shows as well as craft at home and make items to sell. I can try just about anything and would love to create the perfect gift or item for you! I have a no refund policy as most of my items are made to order. Much care and time are devoted to each item that I hand make. Customer satisfaction is my number 1 goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your item please contact

me within 2 days of receiving your order and I will happily review everything with you. Refunds are available only if there is an oversight in the construction and will not be granted due to a change of mind or an error on buyers part. Please note that shipping is not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways. For those orders that have been received and paid for, production times are approximate. If you would like a rush order please add the rush fee to your order. I do not refund items if you place your order and request it sooner than production times allow. I will get orders shipped sooner if possible, but quality is always top priority!! JeanLouise910 is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the delivery provider.
