I have a no refund policy as most of my items are made to order. Much care and time are devoted to each item that I hand make. Customer satisfaction is my number 1 goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your item please contact
me within 2 days of receiving your order and I will happily review everything with you. Refunds are available only if there is an oversight in the construction and will not be granted due to a change of mind or an error on buyers part. Please note that shipping is not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways. For those orders that have been received and paid for, production times are approximate. If you would like a rush order please add the rush fee to your order. I do not refund items if you place your order and request it sooner than production times allow.
