Just another rainy day in lockdown with my mini 🤪🌧 This guy is fiercely missing preschool and all his friends. Consistency is key with kids this age so we do ‘work time’ together and he thinks it is just the BEST 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Ey.. if you’re happy, I’m happy little man 🤗🌈

Have you ever had a dream so big it consumes you?!

Some of y’all know, I partnered with an activewear company to rep their amazing athletic apparel - and oh boy, am I glad that I did!
•
Zyia found me in my most vulnerable of times.. a mom of two under three.. living 5 hours away from friends and family. I was feeling lonely and ready for something to fuel the fire inside of me, to give me extra income and still allow me to spend time with my family. 5 months ago, I worked up the courage and invested myself. Not only did I invest in my own activewear shop where I can work from my phone whenever I want with a constant stream of growing income - I gained a community of the most incredible women whom I get to learn from and grow with.

So I’ll be here.. feeling endless gratitude, supporting my team, and putting my goals on paper! 👊🏼

Yesterday I felt defeated. I was focusing my energy on all the negative in the world, and spiralled with anxiety. But you know what.. I forgot about all things to be grateful for. We’re not stuck in the house, we’re safe in the house. Right? So this morning I poured myself a coffee and changed my outlook! I put on a podcast, cleaned my house, had a great workout and did it all with mini dance parties with my littles!

Do you know what’s beautiful about that? We all have a CHOICE.

2020 has taken us on quite the ride. My heart goes out to every single person struggling and my endless gratitude goes to all the people at work making the world continue to spin. If I can use my little platform for anything right now, I encourage you to be a warrior during this time. You get to choose how you spend this time. Workout harder, open a book, create goals, sweat, start a side hustle, and/or listen to a podcast. Fuel yourself with passion.

I am here for you. We’re all stronger together, but it starts from within 💛

Currently my favourite place 🥰 We finally set up our gym in the garage and I could honestly not be happier!! We do this every spring when the weather gets nice 😎🌈 There is just something about exercising outside that gives me all the good feels!! Doing things for ourselves to keep us sane and happy is so important right now, big or small. Stay healthy friends ✌🏼
