- Sew and assemble hats with precision, following provided patterns and designs.
- Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing for all products.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring creative hat concepts to life.
- Maintain and organize sewing equipment and workspace.
- Meet production deadlines while upholding quality standards.

- Proven experience as a sewer, preferably in apparel or accessories.
- Proficiency with industrial and domestic sewing machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and follow customer orders and sewing instructions.
- Experience with various fabrics and materials is a plus.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
