Yesterday a good friend asked if I was getting any “me time.” My initial reaction was “never enough.” It’s easy to feel that way with a toddler and a nursing babe and a business and an endless to do list. Then this morning I went for a run and was reminded, this is my me time. And I get it everyday. (So naturally I stopped to take a photo 😜)
It’s a simple perspective shift from “I should workout” to “I get to have me time that makes me feel stronger, fuller, and a little more sane” 🤪

We all have the same number of hours in a day. It’s not just about how you choose to spend them it’s also how you choose to see them.

Hopefully my realization can help you also shift away from that scarcity mindset it’s so easy to fall into. First to admit it 🙋🏼‍♀️
