Refund Policy:
NO REFUNDS. Clay is a natural, highly fragile medium that can sometimes be damaged in the process. If this occurs to your prints while in production they will be remade as soon as possible, but this will extend the turnover date. In the event of a natural disaster, there will be no refunds and prints in production will be remade if possible.
