Coming from backgrounds that are virtually worlds apart has afforded us the opportunity to find similarities through our differences. It is extraordinary how two seemingly u

nrelated circumstances can result a similar, overarching point of view. It was quickly realized that a greater meaning exists, even for seemingly mundane tasks (i.e. As much as we can. Sometimes. Is our nutrition on point? Mon-Thurs = Mostly good. Fri-Sun = Are you gonna use those macros? Are we fashion icons? No, but we like to look and feel good. But also be comfortable. And not overdraw the bank account. We believe in finding happiness in life through the things that are most enjoyable, but also finding the purpose in these actions. Whether it is in the gym or at the office, your purpose should be your motivating factor. Yes, you want to be a champion. Yes, you want to be CEO. But, are YOU the best YOU?
