Hello. The Polo Shed by Lulu Cadieux is a project we have been working on the past few months and would like to share with you. French at heart, this 100-year-old former fruit market —our former space on Blue Star Highway — has been transformed into a home that is intimately proportioned, quietly luxurious and effortlessly chic with feather chandeliers, curated art, a grand piano, a stone gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen and room to sleep 12. While this building has a long history of its own, it also became the original home of Lulu Cadieux when the idea for a concept store and cooking school unexpectedly took root in 2020. Many of the friendships, gatherings, creative pursuits and memorable moments that helped shape Lulu began here. Ideally located on 1/2 acre with a fire pit and walkable to Saugatuck, this lovely home resonates with those who love food, music and art.
We invite you to explore its story, view video and photographs of the house and gardens and learn more about the guest experience at lulucadieux.com/thepoloshed. Should it feel like the perfect setting for your next gathering or someone you know, you’ll find a link there to reserve a stay through Airbnb. And if you happen to be in the area and would like a personal tour, let me know. Always — thank you for allowing Lulu Cadieux into your world. — Terry
