Never was there ever a more perfect baby shower for a Fashion baby.

It was so surreal being on the receiving end of one of these for the very first time. The two incredible women who pulled it off on my behalf were sent from above no doubt. We are so grateful we chose Savannah to hit the ground running with Parenthood. The support we have here is just incredible.

From new friends to old friends we couldn't feel more loved and honored.

Renegade Craft Fair Chicago 2021.

And that’s a wrap! Meaning… I think I’m done. TJF is now on maternity leave and when she returns things will be a Lot different.

I've been doing markets since 2009. I jumped into creating Tammy Jo Fashion right after quitting my corporate retail job and haven't stopped pursuing it since.

Since all the makers markets and craft shows closed 2 years ago (almost) it's been a very dry season for TJF after a very long one of opening and closing a store and going from a team of 2 to just 1...
I may be done.

Although I was so excited to do Renegade again, and in Chicago where I've done it many times and have had great success and met some amazing people including the amazing whom I partnered with on this run...
I may be done.

As so much in my life is changing it was so fun to do this one last time before I become a mother. I am so blessed to have the friends and support that I do. Being able to travel to Chicago 7 months pregnant, load and unload a mini store and market myself in the sun for two days was an accomplishment for me and my little bun but like I said...
I'm done.

There's nothing I like more than making hard transitions look easy. Turning ugly situations into a masterpiece of beauty and grace.

It's woven entirely through out my work. Whether that's in the fashion collections I create a few times a year, the furniture I'm restoring or the home space I'm creating at the time.

I'm a cleaner of sorts, a healer, an alchemist. You can give me the most useless discarded item or nasty situation and I can turn it into something of value.

Why am I sharing this? Simply Cause I needed to hear it. I needed to remind myslef of my gifts. How powerful I am and that when I'm in transition it usually means I'm in transformation.

Needless to say always working on ways to bring these gifts to you in a fashion where you can transform through the muck just the same.

Working on a few projects and launches in-between growing my first little human. Feel free to share what you'd like to see from me.

Flash back Friday! It’s amazing how many of these dresses I’ve made since starting in 2009. Over 600 and each one has sold. I use vintage scarves and currently the scarf market seems non existent. This is where we either uncover a secret stash, unearth a scarf treasure that’s been waiting for me or we have to pivot.

Currently designing and preparing to create the next collection and I have little to no scarves left. Still looking though, as this design has proven to be timeless as I once said and now even harder to make.

If anyone’s grandma is sitting on a load of vintage scarves and wants them to have a next life please find me. Let them fulfill their story in a TJF signature scarf dress. Made with the utmost respect, compassion and love.

Let's talk all the things. This isn't just a beautiful empowered woman wearing a TJF signature dress. No, this is host of Truth for Twenties podcast and author of Sorority Girls Can Change the World, motivational speaker and just all around bad ass. She speaks truth to 20-something women about dating, relationships, career, self love, spirituality and more!

I had the extreme pleasure of being a guest on her podcast and shared my story from sexual abuse as a young child to where I am now and all the stops along the way including, dating, marriage, divorce, starting Tammy Jo Fashion, becoming Tammy Jo Fashion and finding a beautiful healthy new love relationship.

I know I show up on here as having it all together and looking bright and fabulous but there is a lot of my story that has gone untold until now. I hope you do listen and that my story may bring hope and encouragement to anyone who may have walked or is walking in my shoes!

Second year in a row that my favorite event is closed. The Boalsburg Arts Festival in my home town of State College PA! 🇺🇸 FUN FACT: The actual birthplace of Memorial Day.

I love the close neighborhood vibe and the amazing friends I have made through this event, The residents that let me use their bathroom so I don't have to go in the port-a-potties, and the open container law so i can sip my holiday bev and offer to shopping clients as well. It's litterly the best time.

Also since it’s in my hometown, my parents always help me out. After 12 years of doing it they still ask the same questions. Every year. But I love it!

Not so fun fact, this pandemic has hit Tammy Jo Fashion really hard financially. TJF has been denied several times certain loans that could've helped out. And I am borderline considering her end of an era.
