I’m not kidding when I say this was one of the best nights of my entire life, and I will NEVER forget this moment!! EVER. Banana Ball has completely changed our lives in the most INCREDIBLE ways.
About a year ago, we had no idea what was next. We were a little lost, confused, and unsure of what the future held. But one thing we DID have was Faith. So much Faith that somehow it was all going to work out.
And goodness, am I thankful we trusted God’s plan instead of continuing to chase what WE thought we wanted. Because little did we know, God was preparing something SO much bigger and better than we ever could have imagined.
Jesse and Emily have created something so much bigger than baseball. Something that brings SO much joy to everyone who discovers Banana Ball. Something that has made these guys fall in love with the game of baseball all over again. Something that brings people together, creates memories that will last a lifetime, and leaves everyone feeling SO incredibly inspired. And somehow, we get to be a tiny part of it.
I am just SO incredibly thankful for this organization and the amazing people behind it. I couldn’t help but to keep telling last night how much they’ve changed our lives, but I truly don’t think words could ever express just how grateful we are.
I’ve said one thing over and over again this year… “We love it here.” And when I say that, I mean it with every single piece of my heart. We love the people. We love the purpose. We love the joy. We love the memories. We love getting to watch these guys play the game they love with the biggest smiles on their faces. And most of all, we love being part of something that is SO much bigger than baseball.
What an incredible year. What an incredible journey. And what a beautiful reminder that sometimes God’s greatest blessings come when we stop trying to write our own story and trust Him to write it for us.
We love it here. We really, really do. ❤️ I absolutely adore you, Banana Nation. Thank you for a year we will NEVER forget. 🤠
