20 years ago, in the spring of 2006, Sayville Running Company opened for the first time. From a small storefront in West Sayville, we began building relationships with a community that has grown alongside us.

Every shoe fitting, group run, and road race has been possible because of the people we've met along the way. What started as a tiny operation has grown into two stores, race directing, and a timing company—something we're incredibly proud of.

It hasn't always been easy, especially lately, but it's always been worth it (and runners, after all, know perseverance).

While we'll celebrate in full when we return to our Main Street location, it felt important to mark the moment now. When we're back home, you'll all be invited to the party.
