At the end of the day on December 22, 2023 I will be closing "me, myself & I".

Anything that is in the shop now will completed and returned to the owners prior to the December 22nd date.

For the last twenty three years I have met some wonderful people. I will miss them.

The downside of owning a business is that you pass up time with friends and family. Things like quilting, rug hooking, knitting and sundry other things that I love to do have gone untouched.

Thank you so much for your business. I will miss you.

March 2021 Update

Springtime comes with the hope of weddings and school proms. Alterations for these occasions need personal attention.

Beginning March 15, ME, MYSELF & I will once again be open for face-to-face appointments.

Porch dropoffs will continue to be accepted.

You will still need an appointment so that you will have no interaction with others customers.

I will be following NYS guidance. Masks are required.

Sewing lessons are still on hold.

Thank you to those of you who have continued to use ME, MYSELF & I for their alteration needs during this past year.

Thank you for your patience during this COVID-19 emergency.

I will continue with porch drop off and pickup. You can call, or email for a drop off time.

NEW ADDITION: Persons who need one-on-one attention can schedule an appointment. I ask that friends and family please stay at home or stay in your car. There will be only one person in the shop at a time. Masks are required.

Sewing instruction classes are still on hold.

Temporary Changes at my, myself & I
I am here for you and I want you to know that. During these uncertain times with everything changing hour by hour, I have made some temporary adjustments, so that I can continue to serve you.

me, myself & I will be open for alterations that can be done without one-on-one contact. This means that if you know what needs to be done (inches off, inseam length, letting out or putting in, mending, etc.) you can still have the work done. Anything that needs fittings (prom and wedding dresses, etc.) will have to wait till this health crisis is over.

Until further notice, there will be no sewing instruction.

FRONT PORCH PICKUP AND DROP OFF

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

My business has always been by appointment only. That isn't changing. You can email me at [email protected], [email protected], or call me at 518 695-4867 to set up a drop-off time. The time will be scheduled so that only one person at a time will be here.

Place your garment(s), curtains, etc. in a bag or tote. In addition, also include instructions (what you would like done), along with your name, address, email address, and phone number.

I will call you to verify that I have your item(s) and review with you what you would like to have done.

When the order is done I will contact you to schedule a pickup time. Payment can be made in the exact amount by cash or check.

Changes
May 12, 2018

I have been teaching the Kids Can Sew program for almost 18 years. In doing so, I have met so many wonderful and talented children. Some, now young women and men, have gone on to FIT and other schools of fashion and design. One of my first students has her own business designing swimsuits. Others have gone on to college, travelled and become Moms and Dads.

Starting today I will no longer be teaching the Kids Can Sew program. There are other things that I would like to try. I am getting more requests for alterations, construction of pillows and cushions, and draperies. Prom and wedding season are always hectic and fun.

I will still be teaching hand and machine sewing. These will be private lessons based on your own specific needs.

Great news! We are finally 100% back in business. The damages are repaired and we are ready to be back sewing. The classes that have been on hold since August can now resume.

We are contacting those that have already registered and accepting new students.

Prom season and summer weddings are behind us. It is time to take a break, so me, myself & I will be closed from Saturday August 16 to August 29. If you would like an appointment please leave a message and I will get back to you on the 29th.

Presentation - Buzzing about Martha's Garden

The National Garden Show will be held at Saratoga Town Hall on July 12-13, 2014. The show runs on Saturday from 1-6pm and on Sunday from 1-4.

At 2:30, Martha, owner of me, myself & I, will offer a trunk show of her sewing and talk about how colors and patterns in nature influence her sewing.
