🩸 JUST IN: that different chrome…

2006ish genuine vintage … las vegas exclusive … red logos

i been preaching vtg chrome for years now… the garment is so much better. it’s beefy & durable like an old harley shirt. prints stay solid. so much better than the prissy stuff they print these days

this very rare long sleeve has a beautiful slight fade but is very much in excellent shape

🌈 did kanye have a point? (2009)

what he did have was …
an OG supreme “nuggets” bootleg trucker hat way back in 2003 👀

& supreme just made it official today in 2026 with an exclusive collab featuring throwback denver nuggets gear

produced with mitchell & ness, this collection is just another instance of supreme completing the loop from a “bootleg” to an official partnership

see: LV, jeff hamilton, b u rb erry, jordan brand, emilio pucci… just to name a few similar moments

i always thought the OG nuggets stuff was cool & i’ve sourced & sold quite a bit from the collection in the past several years (see following slides 🧾)

i have no ties to the actual denver nuggets so this new range wasn’t for me. the digi camo kinda ugly combo too

preme also did throwback items with the Houston Astros, the Washington *Bullets (tuff) & the Atlanta Braves

its all giving super mid-2000s bootleg(?) franchise gear vibes. when they were randomly branding jeans & other unconventional clothing articles. like when the NBA/NFL street games were the s**t. i could see extras from HBO’s the Wire rockin all this

unfortunately it’s just mostly outerwear & it’s never not hot here in phoenix 🫠 so nothing much appreciation from a distance for me

anyway… what do u guys think? did u grab anything from the new release? was the OG better? was kanye lowkey on sum rainbow shiii?

“joyful boldness & positive provocation” 🤨

have u guys been following this swatch 🤝 AP collab timeline?

this week has been an absolute ride with the unveiling of audemar & swatch’s official link up

1st came a flood of mockups based purely on speculation … which all ended up just being ai-generated slop

by the time AP & swatch actually unveiled the product… folks had already spent a couple days camped in front of shops to get em 1st

only problem was … what they revealed was a POCKET WATCH … not a traditional wristwatch

essentially a piece meant to be equipped like a PE coach’s stopwatch, strung onto a bag like a labubu?

to make matters more hilarious the product is colored in jubilant, pop-art inspired colorways… which some can’t help but compare to a happy meal toy

public opinion continues to rock back & forth

some people are determined to get one on their wrist somehow? (companies are literally engineering aftermarket bands already)

some people are worried about how this will affect the legacy of Audemar Piguet, one of 3 watchmakers in collectors “holy trinity”

scalpers who are in it too deep are still hoping for high upside as they’ve already spent days outside

oh & btw … swatch said they’re not even limited edition … so there’s that

either way, it’s been absolute comedy to watch unfold…

i’m looking forward to seeing how initial release goes, what they end up going for on the secondary market, & how ppl will begin creatively styling these
