A little style lesson from this custom look I made for the DFNY party in NYC.

When the jacket is the statement, everything else doesn’t need to compete with it.

The red jacket brings the color.
The white custom shirt keeps it clean.
The navy cotton chinos ground the look and make it feel more relaxed.
The casual shoes finish it without pushing the outfit too formal.

You can wear color without looking like you tried too hard. The trick is knowing where to let the personality show and where to pull everything else back.

The entire look was made custom for him, but every piece can still be worn separately.

A beautiful custom suit designed in lightweight white wool.

The two-button suit is paired with a soft pink button-up, finished with a simple white contrast inside the collar to tie the look together. Perfect for summers in Greece. (or so I’m told) 😊

Although this fabric is intended for spring and summer, the clean color and classic design allow it to work beautifully in other settings as well.

The entire process took about four weeks.
