Thursday morning, the alteration shop where I had my wedding dress unexpectedly caught fire. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but unfortunately, my dress did not.

I was absolutely devastated, especially knowing I’m getting married in just 6 months. After processing the shock, I reached out to the place where I purchased my dress. The owner was just as devastated as I was, but she immediately reassured me that we would be able to order a new dress and have it arrive in time for alterations before the wedding.

The compassion, rationality, and professionalism I experienced from The Blushing Bridal Boutique after losing my dress was truly extraordinary. I felt listened to, empathized with, and understood during such a stressful moment.
