Terms and Conditions:
Payment must be received prior to order completion; and the item will not be shipped, or available for pick up, until payment has been cleared. If the item purchased is a custom order, then payment is required before the order is started. If it is a custom order, then please speak directly to the owner of Freund's Fibers to inquire about item completion time. Buyer will recei

ve a photo of the completed item prior to shipping or pick up. If the recipient wishes to make any changes to the item, then the seller will make one set of changes upon request. If the current item has to be scraped and started over again from scratch, then the buyer will be responsible for the materials wasted. Once the item is completed, and the buyer is satisfied with the finished product, it'll be shipped to buyer within 24-48 hours via USPS; unless the buyer is located in Scranton PA area, then a pick up can be scheduled.
