3 years in and I finally switched up my menu boards 🙌

For the longest time, I used a small chalkboard and a TV setup. The TV isn’t going anywhere, it’s still the best for visibility and easy customization, but I realized it wasn’t the best fit for everything.

With long, daytime events like the Galveston County Fair and Rodeo, I needed something more practical, reliable, and easy for customers to read at a glance.
