It's been a little while since I posted. I've been busy in the studio, as well taking time to enjoy the summer season. And honestly, not feeling super motivated to engage in social media.

If you've been waiting to find out more about my fall/winter darning classes they've just been posted to my website, which will link you to the registration page Get ready for cozy, mending season!

Also, I'll be closed for vacation from September 18th through October 3rd. I'll post a reminder before then, but something to keep in mind for any time sensitive projects.

We're doing a New England road trip along with visiting family, so if you have any suggestions for places to check out send them my way! Also, I'd love to meet up with any fellow menders along our route! Feel free to reach out, I've included a rough map of our trip in the carousel.

In case you missed the newsletter a few weeks ago, we have another option for pick up now! Scheduled contactless pickup is now available on our website.

When you receive your email that your items are complete and ready for pickup you will now have two options available for pickup:

🙋‍♀️ In-person
🛍️ Contactless

💲Contactless pickups will have two payment options that you'll need to select - Square payment link for credit card or cash/check payment. I will text or email you the payment link when that option is selected. If you select cash/check, you will leave your payment in the small box that is inside the purple bin. I will collect it after your item is picked up.

👖For a contactless pickup you items will be placed in a bag labeled with you name and put in the purple bin outside the studio entrance prior to your scheduled pickup time. There may be multiple bags in the bin so please be sure to double check the tag and your items.

👗If you're picking up an item that's been altered to fit differently, rather than repaired, an In-person pickup is recommended so you can try it on and we can discuss if the fit needs to be dailed in further or other adjustments need to be made. But it is available if you're in a rush and prefer to try things on at home. But please reach out if you have any questions about the fit, or your repair, after you've had a chance to review them.

If you have any thoughts or questions don't hesitate to reach out. I'm hoping this will provide folks with more flexibility to pick up their things and me more time to keep on the work of fixing up your stuff. 🤗
