About Dave:
Dave is the regional expert on running mechanics and assessment, as well as, diagnosing running related injuries and their management. Dave is a RRCA certified running coach with over 26 years of clinical experience. He has completed over a dozen marathons and multiple ultramarathons (50-100K).

We will be raffling off not one but TWO pairs of Chicknlegs. Just show up to the run for one raffle entry, or show up wearing Chicknlegs and you get three (!) raffle entries 👀🐢🏎️🍭🩳

Thank you to from for coming out to Super Jock ‘n Jill for the Monday Night Run and demo of the Altra Experience Flow 3s AND Lone Peak 9s this past Monday😎!! We had a solid crew show up for a sunny run up to the rose garden and got to test out the Altras with a little road and trail along the way 🌼🌸🌺🌹🌷🪻
