1. Nobody is coming to save you.
The biggest unlock for me was realizing progress usually comes from consistency, not motivation. Most people quit because results take longer than they expected. Keep showing up anyway.

2. Customers don’t buy products — they buy identity.
People buy things that make them feel something about themselves. Community, confidence, nostalgia, belonging, status. The product matters, but the feeling matters more.

3. Small brands win by caring more.
You don’t need the biggest budget to compete anymore. You need taste, authenticity, speed, and an obsession with your customer. The internet rewards brands that actually feel human.

10 years in and I still feel like I’m just getting started.
