We work this way on purpose. Vietnam has a long, respected tradition of fine shoemaking, and our partners craft each pair by hand — cutting, lasting, Goodyear construction, and hand-finishing. Because every pair is made to order, nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is mass-produced. Your shoes are built specifically for you, after you design them.
So while we're a small Seattle brand, the craftsmanship behind your shoes is world-class — the same caliber of leather and hand-construction the heritage houses use, made where it can be done beautifully and priced fairly.

Week 1 — Confirmation & Preparation. Your order is confirmed, your leather selected, your patterns cut, and your last prepared.

Week 2 — Upper Crafting. The uppers are meticulously stitched and shaped by hand.

Week 3 — Goodyear Construction. Lasting is completed, the welt or Bolognese construction performed, and the sole carefully assembled.

Week 4 — Finishing & Quality Control. Hand-burnished, polished, and thoroughly inspected.

Week 5 — Shipping. Elegantly packed and dispatched, with tracking on its way to you.
