Welcome to CeraLuna! My name is Jess Reynolds. I'm the artist, designer, maker and marketer of CeraLuna...I wear EVERY hat! I want to make this the most authentic experience you'll have from an on-line store. It's my hope that you'll connect with my work as I've also connected with it's process. Due to the high demand and limited amount of products I'm able to keep up with please be patient with the time frame needed to fill your order. Remember, I make all garments myself. Your order will be packaged up and in the mail within the next 1-5 business days. If I don't have your garment in stock I will gladly make one for you. You can 'contact' me with the details. Please allow 1-2 weeks for items not already made. You will receive a confirmation email for your order, exactly as it was placed. This email is sent to the address provided, so please be sure the spelling is correct. SALE AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS:

I stand behind my product, my service and you, my customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift please do not hesitate to let me know and I will exchange it. Yes, returns are accepted for most items LESS SALE OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS. Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, AND with the CeraLuna tag intact. Please note that CeraLuna does NOT pay for shipping to or from on both refunds, returns or exchanges. Please call or email before you return your garment within 14 days of receipt of goods as I may be able to expedite an appropriate exchange. Once a call or email has been placed, please enclose a note describing the reason for return and if applicable, what you would like in exchange. Please enclose an additional $10 for return shipping and handling. Please also include your name, a phone number and/or email address in case I have any questions. There is a 1 week timeframe to return an item after the original request for a return has been made. Please use a confirmation number or tracking code for the security of the package.
