Include everything within the context of mystic-badass-in-training. Your legend belongs only to you. Don't confuse failure for sadness and happiness for success. A fascinating insight has been made into why the vast, VAST majority of people have trouble maintaining even moderate weight loss. I didn't know this about the metabolism, but it makes sense.

Contestants lost hundreds of pounds during Season 8, but gained them back. A study of their struggles helps explain why so many people fail to keep off the weight they lose.
