Silk Moon Clothing & Shoes is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in downtown Sebastopol.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has at least 5 years of retail or customer service experience
• Loves helping people and building customer relationships
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Position requirements:
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day
• Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable climbing a ladder when needed
