Here are our updated Kinship Creations Rules. We appreciate all of you so much, and look forward to many more fun FRIDAY night shows! We are thankful for ALL OF YOU!

By claiming items, you agree to the following:

New to our Kinship Family? Please send a message to our business page with your email address so we can send your invoice.

🧾 INVOICING:
Invoices are sent on Sundays following our Friday show and require payment within 24 hours.

To claim an item, simply use the designated claim word in the chat. Please note that items may appear differently on our administrative end. Claims are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis based on what our administrators see.

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App, cash at pickup, and Afterpay.

• If you plan to pay CASH at pickup, please let us know when claiming your items.
• If you pay through Cash App, please notify us once payment has been sent, as Cash App payments do not automatically appear on our end.
• Please note that Square will continue to send automatic payment reminders until we receive your payment and are able to manually record it in our system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you need special payment arrangements, please reach out to us. We’re happy to work with you whenever possible.

📦 SHIPPING:
You are charged only what it costs us to ship. We typically ship the next business day after invoices are paid, but please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

🏡 LOCAL PICKUP:
Join us for local pickup on Mondays at 5:30 PM or enjoy all-day Monday porch pickup.

Items not picked up within 7 days will be returned to inventory. No refunds will be issued.
