This group of Graphic Art & Design students had a blast at State SkillsUSA Championships this week. We didn’t come away with any medals this year unfortunately, however we did end up with three students in the top 10. But they each did their best and I’m proud of all their accomplishments both during the school year, and here in Columbus. And we did have medalists from our campus in both Automotive Customer Experience and Dental Assisting. More pictures to come later!

Despite the rain, we had another successful May Day at the Buffalo Campus today. It’s always a fun time to see the different labs competing against each other in various competitions. Big thank you to my students for rushing through the week to get everyone’s T-shirts printed in time (and good job earning a very respectable 5th place overall in the competition 👍). And congratulations to the Construction Technologies lab for taking home the trophy this year 🏆
