Our very own is running the Berlin Marathon this weekend.

Soleful Night Out:

We’ll have guest presentations from .em_brady .fit and .being

Local businesses, snacks, fun and a chance to socialize and network.

In the past these events have been women only and as as a female that is where my lived experience is BUT we don’t want anyone to feel unwelcome so if this event interests you (female, male, NB, etc.) please come, you are MORE than welcome and we’d love to have you.

Local businesses, if you’d like to set up a table or have cards or something in our giveaway bags, please shoot us a DM or comment below and we’ll reach out.

I might even get crazy and bring my tub if people want to add an ice bath to the evening festivities.
