I am very proud to be providing the shirts for this weekend' s Domestic Violence Awareness 5k Witches Walk/Run, which is benefiting Charles County's Haven of Hope Organization! Get some exercise in before the biggest candy-eating day of the year... Or simply stay on your couch and donate online! Here are the details:

Join other walkers or runners on October 31st in recognition of domestic violence awareness month.

The first annual Charles County Haven of Hope Witches' Run takes place on the scenic Indian Head Rail Trail during the peak of autumn. It starts and ends at the 13 mile post parking lot on Theodore Green Boulevard. The flat, out & back course, will provide an easy chance for a personal best! The event is walker, stroller and leashed-pet friendly.

Registration and post-race festivities are hoted by Rucci's Italian Deli & Doughboys at 10579 Theodore Green Boulevard - just a short walk from the trail head.

WALK-UP REGISTRATION FOR $35 ACCEPTED.
