Are you a new musician? Have a new band that needs some practice? Want to try out your original songs on an audience? Much like an open mic, Eugene's Busker Hill allows musicians to use our equipment and stage to play for our customers. There are openings every Saturday, but we are especially looking for music for our July 4th Market. If you are interested, please apply at bayouartisan.com to let us know you are interested. Bayou Artisan is searching for a photography intern. We need someone to attend The Market at the Oasis on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm to take photos and video of the market. We have different musicians and artists every weekend and we like to keep the photos up to date on our socials and website.
Our photography intern would only be responsible for taking the photos/video and then uploading to a Google Drive. We will handle all of the editing and social media. The stipend for this role is $50 per market or $10 an hour. This is a perfect role for a photography student or just someone interested in photography.

MEH is at the Market at the Oasis EVERY SATURDAY. But we are going to start reminding you where to find us. Visit any Saturday to start your custom order and pick it up at the shop when it is finished! Crochet is by definition handmade. Each piece I create is designed by me and handmade to fit perfectly. Check out MEH at the Handmade Summer Market this Saturday from 9am to 2pm at The Market at the Oasis.
