I just wanted to jump on here and make an appreciation post.

When I say these girls are my family, I mean it deeply. We have been through so much together. The ups and downs, arguments internally, extreme highs and lows in our personal lives. We have pow wowed in the back, with group hugs and tears in our eyes. That has made an unbreakable bond in the 6 of us.

With that, in makes me teary, at the community we have created. Our community has shown up with texts, messages and amazing support. Knowing you guys have shown up for someone I hold dear to me, means the world.

While it doesn’t seem to have slowed down today, as we are receiving 1⭐️ google reviews.. we will still hold our head up high. Especially knowing you guys have our backs.

We all want to say thank you, we again could not have asked for a better community, you guys are truly more than just clients. THANK YOU! ♥️

I’ve been trying my best to think of ways to communicate this with professionalism, and kindness. As a business owner, and fiercely protective of my girls.. I CANNOT and WILL NOT stand for someone (who was not even a customer) coming in and screaming at one of my girls, over her adult daughter’s appointment no show fee.

We at Hello, HAVE to have boundaries, and consistently missing appts when we have waitlists, we must stand strong with our policies. No matter how much we dislike it. Our confirmation notifications are simply a courtesy NOT required. This is our livelihood. How we pay our bills. I would also say we are extremely understanding and know things come up. Truly all we ask for is communication. More than anything, it’s about the clients we could have gotten in, and last minute we can not provide that.

If you choose to come into our business and act a fool, in front of several guests, you WILL be trespassed. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for that kind of behavior.

I also want to make it abundantly clear. We love what we do, and are so thankful for our amazing clientele. We will not allow a bad apple interfere with your experience. ♥️
