Follow me here…

Customer 1 requested an order for customer number 2. He sent a sample pic and says “can you make these hats except say “l”instead of HE’S?” I say I can get it close. Customer 2 steps in, choses 7 panel flat bills, affirms and pays. I complete the hats with “I”. Looks good, right? I send pics. Customer 2 responds with “Hey it’s supposed to say I’m a 10…
Can you add a small M where it says I’m ?”

I’m like what the what??? Totally not what was asked for but hey I’m up for the next challenge. So i added the M. Turned out great.

Customer 2 offered for customer 1 to pay for the mistake lol. I didn’t charge them. Even text is still the game telephone. Everyone saw it but no one made the connection.

Moral of the story… Although we communicated and everything was in text, somethings still need to be verified again. It wasn’t our mistake but we figured a way to make it right.

Glad we were able to mend it with the little M. Customer 2 is happy and loves the work.
