A little behind the scenes magic from Tumwater Vineyard Summer Fest

I had my camera recording a time lapse while I was setting up the balloon arch, and honestly I think the sky stole the show.

Watching the clouds race across the sky and seeing the light change throughout the setup was so fascinating. And just as I finished the arch, the sun came out to stay!

Sometimes the best part of a setup isn’t just watching the balloons come together, it’s seeing everything happening around you in the process.

Creating for a cause is always extra special.

There’s something special about seeing a space come to life before guests arrive. For this year’s Mosey & Mingle at Elijah’s Heart House, we had the privilege of welcoming attendees with 2 vibrant balloon arches and our wood crafted light up marquees that created the perfect welcome entrance.

We’re incredibly grateful to have played a small part in an event that supports such an important mission. Thank you, Elijah’s Heart House, for trusting us with your vision and for everything you do for families near and far.

Every celebration tells a story and we’re honored when we get to help tell yours.

Creating this balloon arch for the Siemens Child Development Center end of school year graduation was especially bittersweet. It has been an honor to create their end of school year balloon arch for the past four years, and we’re so grateful to have been a small part of their celebrations.

This June, after more than 30 years of serving children and families in our community, they closed their doors. Thank you for the memories, the smiles, and the incredible impact you made on so many lives. Wishing all of the staff, children, and families the very best in their next chapter.

As a little testament to the quality of professional balloon decor, this arch remained outdoors overnight through heat, rain, and wind—and as you can see in the photos, it was still looking beautiful when we returned the next day for pickup.

It was such an honor to create this fun photo backdrop for the Innovative Dance recital this year! 💜

Creating the recital backdrops over the past four years has truly been a joy, and I’m so grateful to be a small part of these special memories for so many dancers and their families.

And if you watch until the end, you’ll spot a very special dancer, my daughter! She decided to give dance a try for the first time this year, and she absolutely fell in love with it.

Thank you Innovative Dance for trusting us year after year. Here’s to many more beautiful recitals!.
