To our amazing moms and dads of multiples, we all know how crazy life can get juggling multiple kiddos. The days are a blur of diaper changes, snack prep, and trying to keep those little tornadoes from destroying the house! But listen up - you NEED to make time for your tribe.

It's so easy to get consumed by the daily grind and put yourself last. But you've got to refill your cup. Having a supportive squad of other parents who just "get it" is a game-changer.

I had the opportunity to meet amazing multiples moms in beautiful Saratoga Springs! We shared our similar challenges and parenting strategies, took advice from one another, and simply enjoyed the company. We all came back refreshed and ready to conquer the world (or at least make it through the week!). We hope that everyone of you can have the opportunity soon!

For now, wo let's make a pact - try to connect with a friend by even just a simple text or a coffee date. We NEED to recharge! Having your tribe means you're not going it alone. We're all in this crazy multiple birth club together!

But, if you haven't found your tribe, Bundled Moments is more than happy to join your journey as much as we would love for you to join ours!

Happy International Women's Month! Bundled Moments celebrates all the amazing women who are resilient, strong, determined, and loving. We especially want to honor the moms of twins, triplets, and more, who demonstrate incredible strength and love every day.

Being a mom is a tough job, but being a mom to multiple children at once is even tougher. These incredible women have to juggle twice, three times, or even more the responsibilities, challenges, and joys of motherhood. They are true superheroes who always seem to have an extra pair of arms, an endless well of patience, and a heart big enough to love all their children equally.

To all the moms of twins, triplets, and more, we want to say thank you. Thank you for your tireless efforts, your unwavering dedication, and your boundless love. You inspire us all, and we are grateful for everything you do.

So let's take a moment to celebrate these amazing women and all the other resilient, strong, determined, and loving women in our lives. Let's encourage them, support them, and uplift them because they deserve it. Happy International Women's Month!

As mothers, we sometimes feel like our worst selves when pushed to the limit. I know I've had my fair share of crazy mom moments, but over the past few years, I've learned to turn to three things that help me savor the moments with my multiples. And I want to share them with you!

First, let's remind ourselves how thankful we are to have our kids. Second, while it's easy to get caught up in our day-to-day routine, I find it helpful to imagine a time when our kids will have grown up and moved away from home. (Yup, my mom says I tend to think too far into the future!) This helps me appreciate the moments we have together. Third, it's important to simply take a deep breath and ground ourselves when we feel overwhelmed.

Before, when my kids would cry, my initial reaction would be to feel stressed and tell them to stop so that I could focus on other tasks. However, I soon realized that this approach wasn't effective, and it didn't help my kids feel heard or understood. Now, after savoring the moment (as noted above), my first reaction is to pull them in for a hug and listen to them one at a time. I've noticed that when I take the time to do this, they calm down much more quickly. It's a small change that can make a big difference in how we experience those precious moments with our children. So, next time your kids are upset, try giving them a hug first and listening to what they have to say. Let us know what happens."

Savor the moment you have with your little ones. That pile of laundry, those unread messages, and dirty dishes can wait. Go hug your kids, read or sing to them, and kiss them. Remember, the days are long, but the years are short. Many parents have watched their kids grow up in the blink of an eye. Cherish these moments while you can.

Double the fun, double the love, and double the joy! For triplet moms like me, triple everything and for quad moms like (IG), it's 4 times everything! We definitely have more than just a "bundle of joy" – we have BUNDLES OF JOY! 💖💖💖

From the moment they come into the world, these little bundles of love bring so much happiness to our lives. Every day is filled with new experiences, milestones, and cherished memories. It may be challenging at times (fun can turn into chaos in one split of a second), but the joy of having, 2, 3, 4, or more little ones running around is indescribable.

So here's to all the parents of twins, triplets, and quads (through nonuplets) out there! Embrace the chaos, cherish the moments, and revel in the overflowing happiness that your bundles of joy bring into your lives. 😍💕
