The Works

The Works The WORKS is a free clothing closet for Shoreline School District students. The Works is managed by the Shoreline PTA Council.

We provide community resources, clothing, and shoes at no cost to families experiencing hardship. We accept donations of new and gently used clothing in great condition and we are a 501(c)3 non profit organization! Please come visit us on the north side of the Shoreline Center! We served 20 families today! They were able to get free clothes and shoes and hygiene items for their students. Thanks to all of our amazing donors and volunteers! We got to reconnect with some families, and meet some new ones. Keep the donations coming! We are low on adult men's coat, size L, XL, XXL, and girls XL underwear.
We are NOT open this week on Wednesday, our first Wednesday night is Sept 9th. See you then!

We can be tricky to find! This may help.
The Works is located on the north side of the Shoreline Center at 18560 1st Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98155! Enter the north parking lot off of 1st Avenue NE (just south of the tennis/pickleball courts). Once in the parking lot, drive straight until you have to turn right. Then as you continue straight ahead, past the maintenance building, you'll see our blue door and the sign for The Works.

We will be open on Sunday, August 30th from 9:00 a.m. until noon for back to school shopping for Shoreline School District students. Please arrive by 11:15 in order to have time to shop. Plan on spending about 30 minutes shopping to make room for other families.

We would love to have volunteers during this time to help us sort donations and volunteers to take discards to thrift stores. No need to sign up, just come! We will also be accepting donations from 9:00 to noon on the 30th.

Our regular Wednesday hours will start on September 9th, we will be open from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. when school is in session. Thank you to all of our volunteers and donors for helping put clothes and shoes on Shoreline students!
