We have loved every moment shared with our sample room brides the last four weekends. When we opened the sample room, we wanted to do things differently when it came to our appointment policies since we are only open one day per week.
Unfortunately, a few bad apples always ruin it for the whole bunch and effective immediately all future appointments booked in the sample room will require a credit card on file to book the appointment with a 48 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel within 48 hours or attend your appointment, you will not be charged.
However, if you do need to cancel within the 48 hours or no-show your appointment, you will be charged just a $15 last minute cancellation or no show fee. This is to ensure that all of our brides that are excited to shop our amazing selection of gowns at this awesome price point are allowed the opportunity to book the appointment that they want.
We do not charge an upfront fee like the other outlet boutiques in the South do and we want to ensure we are able to keep it that way for our amazing brides.
