Taking apart and rebuilding this 1970s Louis Vuitton bucket bag wasn’t a standard repair! 👋 The vintage French Company canvas becomes extremely stiff over the decades. The real challenge is manipulating the material without distorting or cracking the iconic monogram pattern. 🙅‍♂️💼 It’s hard, tedious work around brittle materials, but we got it done! 💪✨

✨ Yes, we hand-crafted those neon straps completely from scratch! ✨

​A lot of people see a beautiful before-and-after and assume it’s just a quick paint job. But for this Kate Spade tote, the original straps were completely beyond repair. We stepped up the craftsmanship, sourced matching leather, and custom-built a brand-new set of straps by hand.
​Once the new straps were ready, we carefully prepped, treated, and color-matched the exact neon hue of the bag without burying the beautiful leather texture?
