A Little Heart-to-Heart...

Have you ever heard that the “J” months are the hardest in retail? (January, June, July) If I’m being completely honest… it is so true. 🙈 We are officially in the thick of the toughest months of the season, not to mention competing with everything online.
There are days where I just feel completely done and alone. I’m tired, I’m overwhelmed, and sometimes I feel like I’m failing. 🥺

But then? I reach out to some amazing women who truly get it, and everything changes.
