After I had my daughter I struggled with self-confidence and insecurities. My body had changed; my lifestyle had changed; I felt like I had lost my identity and I didn't know who I was anymore. Don't get me wrong, I love being a mom, and I love my daughter to the moon and back. I just did not like what I saw anymore when I looked in the mirror. I took some time to do some self reflection and reali
zed it was time for a change. When I discovered how to dress for my body type, all of a sudden I no longer hated all my clothes. I no longer struggled to pick out an outfit in the morning. I now have my own personal style, and almost daily someone complements me on how cute I look. But soon I realized self-confidence and loving yourself isn't just about how you look in the clothes you wear. I proceeded to invest in my self more and learn what I needed to be confident in all areas of my life. Now I want to be a resource and help other busy women who are facing some of the same problems I was. I take the knowledge I have learned, and continue to study, and make it available to women, who may not have the time to find it on their own. I have found, that my passion in life is helping others, especially women. Every woman is beautful and deserves self confidence. Some times it just takes a few tips to see that.
