SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH 💜

This month, I want to remind you to check on your strong friend.
The one who always says, “I’m good.”
The one who shows up for everyone else.
The one who makes everybody laugh but may be quietly struggling behind the scenes.

Sometimes the people who look the strongest need someone to simply ask, “How are you REALLY doing?”

A text. A phone call. A visit. A genuine conversation.
It could mean more than you will ever know. 💜

At Buku Bracelets, mental health awareness has always been close to my heart. So this week, I want to turn awareness into action.
