If you haven't already heard, it's a rough day for Tennesseans, and anyone who loves and appreciates the amazing woman that was Dolly Parton. As a transplant to TN, you don't get it at first - she has had a PROFOUND impact on the lives of nearly every person in the state, whether through her reading and education programs through the Imagination Library, her theme park, or just her wonderful love, kindness, and generosity to all. Whether you like her music or not (and I'll bet you like some of the songs that you don't even know she wrote) she was a wonderful person who has done so much good for so many.

One of her biggest hits “I Will Always Love You” was all about how no matter what happens, whether she continues to be in a person's life or not, she will always love this person. Dolly - WE will always love YOU. The thing that makes a great country song is "the turn", where the main phrase or theme suddenly gets flipped around, and now the same phrase has a new, profound meaning. This is what my heart is saying today. Dolly, WE will always love you.

I struggled with whether to release this, but I think this will help people to put definition and meaning behind this loss. A donation will be made to her Imagination Library for every item sold. Y'all. THIS. This is so awesome. Gonzo is a friend and fantastic sound engineer that I met when I was in Eden Storm Band. He reached out a little while back for some shirts for his business G&G Sound, which we were of course glad to make! A little later he reached out with the idea for the "Little Roadie" shirts you see here. I made a clean, gradient text design using the colors from his logo, and I don't think they could be any more adorable on this sweet little road crew! Thank you, Gonzo and Gonzette! You rock, and it makes my heart burst with happiness seeing this!

One of the very first shipments of shirts I received, before Miami James Designs had even been named, was ruined in transit to me. Somewhere along the way to me, another package of some weird lime green ink, almost like highlighter ink, leaked all down into the box of shirts I had ordered. Like nearly every shipper on earth, this vendor just threw shirts in a box and sent it. That was a decision moment for me. No, I can never make 100% sure my products won't get damaged in transit... but I'm at least going to try! Every shirt we ship is first sealed in some type of high quality bag or pouch before going in the box, or another shipping bag. I care enough to spend the extra minute and 15-50 cents to try to make sure the things you've spent your hard-earned money on reach you with all the joy and excitement we packed them with ... free of funky fluids or questionable quirks! Be excellent to each other!
