All orders will receive explicit approval from buyer prior to being made. If shipping is required, buyer is responsible for exact shipping. No item will be shipped prior to full payment being received. Seller will ship item within 3-5 business days once full payment has been received. Seller has the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Should cancellation occur due to the seller, a full refund of any monies paid will be initiated. Cancellations made by the buyer will be assessed on a case by case basis for determination of monies paid. All items are custom made from start to finish. Seller will provide best estimate for completion of product(s). Estimated completion time may change, in this event, seller will inform buyer of delays within 24 hours. If delaying completion causes seller to cancel order(s), buyer may, at their discretion, offer a full refund. Seller will document finished product via video or photos prior to shipping if shipping is required. If obtaining item(s) in person, buyer will inspect item(s) while seller is present. Remakes will be determined on a case by case basis. If buyer has approved proposal (mock-up) prior to item(s) being made, a remake will only be approved due to item not being what the buyer had approved. All other remakes will require buyer to pay an additional cost, determined by seller. Buyer has 7 days or 1 week to inform seller of any quality concerns related to item(s). Should the product(s) be determined to be defective, a refund or replacement shall be offered to buyer. Seller not responsible for sizing issues on apparel, damage caused during shipping, damage caused due to negligence, damage caused due to misuse, accidents, acts of nature, delays, not ‘liking’ the final product(s), unpaid invoices, color variations, any and all defects caused by item buyer provided. Seller will make every attempt to ensure satisfaction with final product(s) if buyer communicates concerns in a timely manner. Buyer understands and assumes small imperfections will likely be present due to the nature of items being handmade. Buyer agrees to allowing seller to showcase any item(s) ordered while concealing any identifying information unless explicitly requested against doing so. Buyer understands that only items stated are included in purchase(s). Items used for display or photos are not included unless stated otherwise. If provided with photos, buyer agrees to supply photos that are of high quality and clear. If excessive edits are necessary for provided photo(s), an additional $10 charge will be added to the final invoice. Seller will provide instructions to maintain item(s) at their best quality. Should an item or items become damaged, seller will evaluate damages prior to agreeing to replace or refund the item. Absolutely NO refund or replacement will be issued without video or physical evidence of the damage. If seller determines damage was caused due to improper handling, no refund or replacement will be offered.
