Anna's Quilting Designs We are a family-based business, where we help create memories. We put together your creations with edge-to-edge quilting at $.01 an inch.

Additional cost for batting and thread. We are based out of So Euclid, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland with a Utah # For those of you living outside of the Utah County area, I will pay return postage on your quilts if you'd like me to help you finish them. Just email me, or call the above number, and we can make arrangements. I try to give a two week turnaround. I have batting here, Hobbs 80/20 that I

sell at my cost. My prices are $.01 an inch for the first design; $.0025 an inch for each additional pattern change. Binding can be done as well, at $.15 per linear inch. Let me know how I can help you finish a few of your projects! I look forward to hearing from you!!!

I will be taking reservations for quilts needed for Christmas until October 1, 2023. Reserve your spot now if you know you will have something you want me to quilt. I already have 8 on my calendar.

This week’s quilting tip:

Do you know why you should ALWAYS cut off the selvages before sewing on your fabrics?

“Even if the dye or weave goes to the end of the selvage (like with Batiks, or often one side of a bolt opposite the white labeled selvage side) the weave tightens at the selvage to finish the fabric edges and will shrink/launder/pucker slightly differently than the rest of the surface where the weave is more uniform and intended in the manufacture process. Cut them off! You don't lose much yardage, but you gain a lot of security if you're going to the trouble of making a quilt, that even in the seams where the selvage might be buried, there won't be a resulting pull or pucker or wonky seam where the shrinkage is different.”

To my quilting friends in Utah/Idaho: We will be in your neck of the woods April 14-28. If you have quilts you want me to do for you, let me know. I can personally transport them. We are returning in September as well.

I’m thinking ahead to Christmas projects you might want my help with! We will be staying in Boise and Sandy for those wanting to connect. I still have the same phone number. 🥰😷💕

Hello friends!! It’s been a crazy year!! Moved to Cleveland, Ohio in May, with regular trips back to Utah until November.

My “cave” is up and working. Quilting is still my passion, and I look forward to helping you create your memories.

If you’re interested in sending quilts back with me on this next trip, I will leave Utah/Idaho on October 22. Feel free to contact me on my Utah number.

Because the costs of supplies jumped right before the move, I’ve raised prices to $0.015 an inch. I pay postage on the return to you, and I use USPS Priority Mail.

I will return to Utah again in November, for Kim’s retirement party.

Looking forward to hearing from you!!
